Development of two x four bedroom houses, two x three bedroom bungalows and refurbishment of semi-detached house nearing completion,

This scheme combined two sites, one with a detached bungalow and the other a semi-detached house, both with large gardens surround by houses and bungalows. The existing house was retained with a smaller garden and the bungalow demolished.

We worked with a Bournemouth base Town Planner to gain planning approval for our scheme in 2014. We gained Building Regulation approval in early 2015. Construction started early 2016.
