We were initially approached to to the Building Bylaw Application for a scheme that had recently received planning approval. The scheme was for a large modern house within the walls of a Listed Barracks in Rozel including conversion of some of the former barracks.

Our remit expanded to include firstly the replanning of some of the new house, then later gaining approval for the details of the works to the Listed Building and various alterations to the outbuildings.
