This scheme was to convert the former Natwest Bank in St Brelade into an Indian Restaurant. The building is also the former market and is a Listed Building. The interior was completely renewed and defective elements of the structure repaired. The new ventilation system for the Kitchen is the most advanced in Jersey, we specified this system due to the proximity to residential properties. A new ventilation system was also provided to the restaurant as well as up-grading the thermal performance of the building.
