Fairwood Lodge is house located in St Brelade. We designed a scheme to lift the roof to create larger first floor accommodation together with 2 storey extensions to North-East and North-West Elevations
Planning approval was granted in May 2019, Permit No: P/2019/0308
Building Bylaw approval October 2019, Permit No: B/2019/0698.

Construction started in late 2020 with completion expected summer 2021
