Ocean Walk was operating as a Guest House, however the owner wanted to convert the building into self-contained holiday apartments. We developed a scheme a scheme to replace the existing second floor with a poor quality mansard roof and add an additional floor. The existing building was extensively remodelled internally and externally, a new lift added and 12 self-contained holiday apartments. The thermal performance was brought up to current building standards.

We gained planning approval in August 2017, Planning Permit No: P/2017/0616. Building Bylaws Approval was granted in April 2018, Permit No: B/2018/0155

The scheme was completed in late 2019.
