We designed a scheme to replace a bungalow with a four bedroom detached house in 2011

We secured planing approval in February 2012 from Purbeck District Council, Application No: 6/2011/0687. Building regulations where approved in June 2012, application no: FPO/0112/2012.

Construction started the year after and is due for completion late 2015
