This scheme was to extend an existing studio flat over a ground floor garage to form a one bedroom house. The site occupies a location at the junction of a side road onto the primary route of La Grande Route de la Cote and needed to be designed so that it formed and interesting and attractive elevation on the corner. The building has the main living area on the first floor with a balcony to take advantage of sea views. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite, Utility Room and Garage.
We originally gained planning approval in November 2014, unfortunately the permission lapsed and it was necessary to apply for a second time.
The scheme was approved in October 2020, Permit No: P/2020/0334.
