This scheme was to extend an existing cottage into the adjoining barn. The buildings are listed and had fallen into disrepair.

Our responsibilities included the Building Bylaw Application, construction details and agreeing details with Historic Buildings. We also gained planning approval for a timber balcony. The scheme has now been completed.
