This site is located within the Green Zone and consequently there is a presumption against new development or the creation of new dwellings. The site consists of a barn containing a car workshop, offices, storage and one flat. There is also a car spraying booth, vehicle storage and builders yard. The proximity to residential properties and access via a narrow lane make this site unsuitable for the existing commercial use.

We designed a scheme to convert the barn into four holiday cottages, replace the car spaying booth with one holiday cottage and to replace the builders yard with one house.

We obtained planning approval in July 2019, Permit No: P/2019/0227
